Yusina's clinical approach

Yusina works with a cognitive behavioral approach, one of the forms of therapy with the strongest scientific support. She sees adolescents from age 13, adults and couples, and her work focuses on anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and emotional regulation.

She also addresses the difficulties that arise in relationships, both with a partner and in close bonds. With couples she works on communication and conflict management.

Her clinical training includes an internship at the Benito Menni Psychiatric Hospital, where she took part in psychological assessment, individual and group therapy and the program for people with alcohol and drug use, and volunteer work at the Blanca Añez de Lozada Mental Health Center, the same center where Junisse and Jazmín trained. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
